Size of Art Storage Drawer
Architects’ storage drawers come in a variety of sizes. Some artists/architects will need a large drawer that can hold all of their tools and supplies, while others do not have as big of an area to store things and may only require a small sized artistic craft storage system. You should also consider the size of the design/plans that you wish to store in your drawers. It would be best to get something that has storage space just larger than your sheet of paper to make it easier to take your work out of the drawer.

Not only will you need to store your artworks/designs in your architect’s drawer, but you will also need to find storage for your equipment such as paint brushes or pencils. It would be best to find an architect’s draw that comes with compartments for your equipment, rather than leaving them loose in the drawer.

You should look at models that are made from heavier materials such as metals or solid wood as they will last longer than cheap MDF art drawers.
