Execution

An A6 soft ground etching created on a steel plate. The nuanced gradient of tone was achieved using a 6B pencil, ensuring depth and variation throughout the etching. The piece is a study of WWII imagery. However, subsequent to the printing, I discovered that the original image had been staged by the Soviets.
