I found Hickman Designs via another printmaker online as they mentioned a new sharpening tool set they had discovered. I was fed up with paying to have my tools sharpened and as she mentioned she had purchased the EZ Care set from Hickman who were new to me I clicked on their website. Whilst ordering the sharpening set I found an amazing pair of Skull Scissors which I had to have along with some Cranfield safe wash printing ink. Hickson delivered free and quickly and I was really pleased with how the sharpening set worked especially as it will save me money. Will definitely use Hickman Designs again.

Good handling of a problem. – A good parameter with which to measure the quality of an business is how they deal with customers’ problems.
I had a problem with an item (manufacturing fault), a refund for the return postage was issued and a replacement item dispatched before they’d even received the faulty item.
