Customer aftercare was great. Luke actually read the review, acted upon it and offered to replace the faulty product with an alternative (and did so). I’m happy with the replacement and the service, this is why I prefer to buy from independent shops.

Just two stars I’m afraid. The blades dont stay in the handle and the roller is bumpy, which makes it difficult to cut and make a decent print. The blocks and paint are good though.
