Carbazole Violet – Cranfield Caligo Safe Wash Etching Ink 75ml

Carbazole Violet is a deep purple tone valued for its clarity and colour strength in printmaking. The pigment creates rich, vibrant impressions and can be used alone or mixed with other inks to expand a colour palette.

The ink forms part of the Cranfield Caligo Safe Wash range, which offers the benefits of oil-based printing while allowing artists to clean equipment with soap and water rather than solvents.

Its smooth texture allows even rolling and precise plate wiping, ensuring reliable print quality across a range of techniques including etching, lino printing and woodcut.

Supplied in a 75ml tube, Carbazole Violet provides a striking addition to a colour printmaking set.
