Each 37ml tube is formulated for both fabric and paper printing, offering artists a reliable and vibrant ink that delivers crisp, long-lasting impressions.
These inks use a water-washable, oil-based formulation, combining the durability of oil-based ink with the easy clean-up of water-based products. Simply wash your tools and surfaces with soap and water once you’re finished – no solvents required. The inks are opaque with excellent coverage, perfect for solid colour applications, and can be mixed with Speedball’s Fabric Block Printing Transparent Extender to achieve translucent tones without altering the ink’s consistency.
Designed for printing on smooth, non-stretch fabrics such as cotton, linen, broadcloth, or denim, this set performs best when used with lino, wood, or similar relief printing surfaces. For best results, apply ink evenly using soft rubber rollers or brayers before pressing your design onto the fabric.
The prints are touch dry overnight, eliminating the need for heat setting, and will become fully washable within 4–7 days depending on conditions. Once cured, your printed fabric retains its vivid colour and soft handle, wash after wash.
