Shipping & Returns Policy

WE ONLY SHIP TO THE UK CURRENTLY AND NOT TO ANY OTHER COUNTRIES

- We ship all sales fulfilled by Hickman Design with Evri (Formerly Hermes) or Royal Mail
- We send Evri / Royal Mail tracking codes to the email provided when the sale is complete, make sure to use the correct email and check your spam
- Orders are packed and shipped Monday – Friday, any orders over the weekend Saturday – Sunday will be packed on Monday and pickup on Tuesday
- Allow 5 – 7 working days for your order to be processed and delivered
- Check the status of your delivery with Evri tracking: https://www.evri.com/track-a-parcel or with Royal Mail tracking: https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/
- Some packaging may be reused from old orders such as boxes or packing paper. This is to help reduce the amount of boxes or packaging supplies needed to be manufactured for deliveries
- A signature will be required, so make sure someone is home to collect
- Free Delivery Covers all UK addresses other than the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly. This is due to increased costs from our couriers to deliver to these locations
- Free Delivery Over £40 Terms *For large items or heavy items/purchases for example when you purchase multiple items such as inks with kits, this may incur some additional fees due to the weight of total package
- Some items we dont hold in stock, so will have to be delivered by our supplier which can add on up to 5 working days to an order. We will email you to let you know if there will be any delays to your order
Next Day Delivery
- You have to place your order by 10am for next day delivery
- Orders are packed and shipped Monday – Friday, any orders over the weekend Saturday – Sunday will be packed on Monday and pickup on Tuesday
- A signature will be required, so make sure someone is home to collect
- There is no guarantee for unexpected delays to your next day delivery
Returns

- Please contact using the email you placed your order with and quote your order number
- Returns within 14 days of delivery
- The customer has to pay for the return of the product, if there is a fault with the equipment then we will return the delivery charges
Liabilities
We aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods (including sale) deliveries may take a little longer. Occasionally tech updates to our systems or force majeure events, such as extreme weather conditions, will mean that these delivery services aren’t available, or that order cut-off times need amending and/or delivery times need to be extended. However, we will always work hard to keep these temporary changes to a minimum. Anti Theft Bags cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.
