Bring a yellow accent to your handmade cards, gift tags and fabric stamping with the VersaCraft Lemon Yellow large ink pad. Choose this individual colour when your design needs sunny details, floral centres or a repeated pattern built around yellow. It is a useful starting point for a small colour palette or a replacement for the colour you use most often.

Try a row of small suns across a postcard, scattered fruit motifs on a gift tag, or a simple flower pattern on a fabric project. For a two-colour composition, consider separate blue or green impressions alongside the yellow rather than mixing ink on the pad. Leave a little space between repeated motifs so the rhythm of the design remains easy to read. Make a sample on your chosen material first to judge how the yellow looks once dry.

Lightly ink the stamp, make a trial impression and check that the whole design has received ink. Work on a stable surface and lift the stamp without rocking it. Let the impression dry before handling the printed area. Keep a test sheet beside your work to compare spacing and ink coverage as you go. This is particularly helpful when the design uses a small yellow detail several times across a larger piece.

VersaCraft is a water-based pigment ink. When stamping fabric, heat-set with an iron and a pressing cloth, following the fabric care label and the manufacturer’s instructions. Wash resistance varies with the fabric and the heat-setting procedure. Test before decorating the finished item.
