Permaset Aqua Process Black is a water-based fabric screen printing ink supplied in a 1 litre container. Made in Australia, it combines pigment colour with a soft feel on fabric. Choose this colour for the black separation in CMYK artwork, and plan your print around the actual fabric colour.<\/p>\n
This is one colour from the four colour process range. Use it with the other Permaset Aqua Process colours for separated CMYK artwork. Prepare and register each screen carefully, then assess the combined result on a test print before starting production.<\/p>\n
Use a water resistant stencil that has been fully dried and cured. Keep your printing tools clean and work consistently across the design. Heat cure the finished print according to the Permaset instructions and the heat tolerance of your fabric. A dry surface alone does not confirm a complete cure.
