Please ensure your email address is entered correctly and check your spam\/junk folder if you don\u2019t receive your tracking email.<\/li>\n<li>Orders are packed and dispatched\u00a0<strong>Monday to Friday<\/strong>. Orders placed after 1pm may roll to the next working day.<\/li>\n<li>Delivery estimates shown at checkout begin after the 1 working day processing window.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Free UK delivery<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Standard items (typically up to 2 kg):<\/strong>\u00a0Free UK delivery on baskets\u00a0<strong>over \u00a345<\/strong>, excluding certain regions listed below.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Large or heavy items:<\/strong>\u00a0These use our Large\/Heavy service.\u00a0<strong>Free delivery applies when the basket total is \u00a375 or more<\/strong>, excluding certain regions listed below.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote><p>If your basket includes any Large\/Heavy products, the Large\/Heavy shipping rules apply to the whole order. This prevents small, free-to-ship items from offsetting the true cost of moving bulky or heavy goods.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2>Weight-based pricing at checkout<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Shipping is calculated by\u00a0<strong>total basket weight and product class<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>We group products into two classes:\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Standard<\/strong>\u00a0(small and medium parcels, usually up to 2 kg).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Large\/Heavy<\/strong>\u00a0(oversize, dense or fragile goods that require a different carrier or surcharge).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>Where a basket mixes Standard and Large\/Heavy items,\u00a0<strong>Large\/Heavy rules take priority<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>If an item does not have a published weight, we assign it to the most appropriate band based on size and packing. The final rate will be shown before you pay.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Speed\/upgrade options<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>When a free method is available, you will also see a\u00a0<strong>paid upgrade<\/strong>\u00a0at checkout for a faster, tracked service on eligible postcodes, for example\u00a0<strong>Tracked 48<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Upgrade services are optional and do not affect your right to free shipping where it applies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Locations that may incur a surcharge<\/h2>\n<p>Free delivery and some services exclude or surcharge the following areas due to carrier pricing:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Scottish Highlands and Islands<\/li>\n<li>Northern Ireland<\/li>\n<li>Channel Islands<\/li>\n<li>Isle of Man<\/li>\n<li>Isles of Scilly<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These locations may incur an\u00a0<strong>additional fee<\/strong>\u00a0or use a different service with longer transit times. Any extra cost is shown at checkout.<\/p>\n<h2>Carrier selection<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>We select the most suitable carrier for your order based on weight, size and destination. Orders over 2 kg may ship via a courier service rather than letter or small parcel services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Split shipments and supplier dispatch<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Some products are shipped\u00a0<strong>directly from our suppliers<\/strong>. Where this applies, your order may arrive in more than one parcel and\u00a0<strong>delivery may take up to 5 working days<\/strong>. We will notify you by email if this applies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Order issues<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>If the carrier attempts delivery and nobody is available to sign, they will leave a card or email with re-delivery or collection details.
